The
Utilities Administration Division provides planning, supervision, coordination
and oversight of the day to day operations and the completion of operational
goals and objectives established for East Water Plant, Wastewater Plant, Plant
maintenance, Transmission & Distribution, East Wastewater Collection and
West Water Plant. This division also provides engineering and construction management
services for utility infrastructure expansion and rehabilitation projects.
