“Meeting Your Transit Needs in Miramar” - The City of Miramar Public Works Department, in cooperation with Broward County Transit, has expanded its Community Bus service by offering four routes. The routes include the following: Green Route, Orange Route, Red Route, and Yellow Route. With these four routes, it is possible to travel from the eastern end of Miramar to the western end as far as SW 196 Avenue. The Community Bus Service receives funding from the City of Miramar and Broward County Transit. All buses are wheelchair accessible and bike rack equipped.

- BCT riders must pay the BCT fare
- Transportation for seniors: The Social Services Department also operates a senior demand-response transportation program for individuals over the age of 60. This includes transportation to Miramar’s senior centers, grocery stores, medical appointments, and various recreational trips. All transportation is wheelchair accessible. The service is limited and is by reservation only.
