For the sixth time, the City's Procurement Department has received the prestigious "Achievement of Excellence in Procurement" award from the National Purchasing Institute (NPI). Presented annually, the award is designed to recognize organizational excellence in public procurement. The award measures innovation, professionalism, productivity and leadership attributes of the procurement organization.
