A Sip of Wine…A Taste of Heaven
This event is presented by the Miramar Pembroke Pines Regional Chamber of Commerce and is hosted by the City of Miramar. It is an evening of delectable elegance. Attendees indulge in a selection of heavenly wine tasting and decadent food temptations from a selection of local area restaurants and caterers. Each year as a show of appreciation to Miramar businesses, the City of Miramar provides two complimentary tickets to A Sip of Wine…A Taste of Heaven event. MicroEnterprise Business Assistance Program

East Miramar Commercial Rehabilitation Program Target Area This program is aimed at very small businesses in the city (5 or fewer employees) and provide financial assistance that will result in business expansion, increased revenues and economic development of the city.

Commercial Rehabilitation Program

Created in 2001, the Commercial Rehabilitation Program provides financial and technical assistance to business owners located in the City’s historic eastern area for property improvements.

How it works: Federal government money, provided directly to the City, funds this unique program which helps commercial property owners that are located in the Program Target Area to supplement the cost of improving the condition of their properties.
